Methiew Plier Smaha with ring is made of very thin and fine tip and a ring on handle for making loops with ligature wires.

The small narrow and sharp pointed tips allow easy access to the most difficult to reach areas.
The Tunsten carbide inserted tips ensure precision cutting of ligature wire and elastics.
Maximum Cutting Capacity: soft wire up to .012″

The flat portion rests on the incisal/occlusal surface and the pin measures various heights of 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5mm to help obtain correct bracket height.
